Assembly Shift Supervisor

What awaits you with us? - leading, organizing, and motivating the assembly team - responsibility for meeting the department's order schedule (deadlines, quality, productivity, costs) - quality control of assembly and oversight of adherence to technological procedures - organizing testing, functional inspections, and product acceptance by customers - collaboration in implementing and improving quality management systems - resolving operational problems and emergency situations - oversight of compliance with occupational health and safety (BOZP) and fire safety (PO) regulations - responsibility for compliance with company policies, safety rules, and environmental protection - collaboration with technology, design, and sales departments Position Requirements: - knowledge of technical documentation, drawings, and 3D documentation - experience with assembly of mechanical or electromechanical assemblies - understanding of assembly and technological procedures - ability to lead and motivate a team - responsibility for quality and timely completion of orders Two-shift operation. Work on morning/afternoon shifts.
