Starting 12.8.2026 - leading two social services: Bethlehem Home - a residential facility for adults with severe physical disabilities (12-bed capacity), Respite Care Services Odstrčilova Villa - for seniors and persons with disabilities (residential form of service with 8-bed capacity + max. 6 ambulatory users), managing and providing methodological guidance to the work team, planning shifts, organizing staff continuing education, responsibility for meeting quality standards of social services, organizing daily operations of social service facilities, responsibility for service budget management, assigned assets and budget compliance, liaison with external specialists, institutions and partners. Minimum requirements: higher professional education (DiS.), preferably university degree (min. Bc.) with focus on social policy and social work, social service management, special or social pedagogy, or other relevant fields), managerial and organizational skills, experience managing work teams, understanding of the social services system and related legislation (not only according to law no. 108/2006 Coll.), excellent user-level knowledge of PC work and Office 365 applications, active driver with valid license (category "B"). Minimum 5 years of previous experience in social work.
