What awaits you: - Leading the defectoscopy inspection department and responsibility for organizing and conducting defectoscopy inspection tests, material integrity in accordance with applicable guidelines. - Performing demanding and specialized defectoscopy inspection tests of material integrity, which require certification of a minimum 2nd qualification level. - Responsibility for performing prescribed and required defectoscopy inspection of railway rolling stock components according to approved technological procedures. - Responsibility for evaluating the results of defectoscopy inspection tests and identified defects and maintaining prescribed records on them. - Issuing prescribed inspection reports and informing your direct supervisor and the main defectoscopy center HDS KV Prague about them. - Archiving and maintaining statistical data on inspected and rejected railway rolling stock components and the occurrence of their defects. - Archiving and maintaining current records of all approved technological procedures for defectoscopy inspection testing of railway rolling stock components and parts. - Maintaining records of qualification exams, re-examinations, obtained certificates and their validity for subordinate employees. Knowledge and skills you should have: - Certificate of professional competence for NDT tests in UT, MT, PT, VT methods - level 2, RS sector - Certificate for a professionally qualified person OOZ - D, level 3, RS sector - Knowledge of relevant standards ČSN, ČSN ISO, technological procedures and regulations, UIC directives, technical amendments and acceptance conditions - Minimum secondary education with school-leaving exam - Professional experience in the field - Manually skilled, independent, careful, reliable - Technically competent - No criminal record - Good health condition What we can offer you: - Salary compensation according to experience and qualifications - Works canteen - Employment in permanent status - 5 weeks of holiday - Work in a stable company - Work on flexible working hours in 1-shift operation, morning shifts, Monday-Friday - Start IMMEDIATELY (after completion of entry medical examination), or by agreement - Contract for a fixed term with the possibility of extension
