29.7.2026 - management of social service - supported housing (6 clients in one household), direction and methodological management of the work team, shift planning, ensuring ongoing employee training, responsibility for meeting social service quality standards, organization of daily operations of social service facilities, responsibility for service management, assigned assets and budget fulfillment, contact with external specialists, institutions and partners. Minimum: higher professional education focused on social policy and social work, social service management, special or social pedagogy, minimum 3 years of practice in social services, managerial and organizational skills, experience managing a work team, knowledge of social service system and related legislation (not only according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll.), very good knowledge of PC work and Office 365 applications, driver's license categories C, B - active driver, clean criminal record according to § 79, section 2 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., experience working with people with mental and combined disabilities, or with ASD a key advantage.
