First Aid Training System Organization Department
We are looking for a colleague who, with their knowledge and experience in first aid, will help improve the curriculum content, methodological materials, and quality of first aid training!
Work schedule: indefinite term, part-time (0.25 workload)
Work location: Riga
We will entrust you with:
developing methodological and informational materials on first aid matters, participating in the development of regulatory documents;
promoting international cooperation in the improvement of first aid training, training materials, and educational programs;
facilitating the exchange of best practices and professional experience in the field of first aid;
participating in the organization, supervision, and quality assessment of the first aid training process.

You are a perfect fit for EMS if you have:
second-level higher professional education (preferably in the field of education);
experience in developing methodological materials and regulatory documents;
understanding and practical experience in first aid training will be considered an advantage;
knowledge of the state language (C1 level) and English language skills (preferably at least B2 level) – for communication in an international environment and study of industry literature.
