Vacancy: Senior Specialist at the Quality and Development Control Department of the Prison Administration's Latvia Prison Hospital, 2422 03 Workload: Full-time Salary: from 1935 EUR to 2525 EUR Workplace: Prison Administration's Latvia Prison Hospital – Riga Street 10, Olaine, Olaines Municipality, LV-2114 Contact Information: 67290238; [email protected]; [email protected] Send CV and motivation letter to: [email protected] Requirements for Candidates: Academic or second level professional higher education in healthcare; registration in the Register of Healthcare Professionals; Latvian language proficiency at C1 level; health status and psychological characteristics that meet the requirements set by the Cabinet of Ministers (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 219 of March 10, 2009 "Procedure for Conducting Mandatory Health Examinations"); preferred professional experience in healthcare quality management, healthcare organization, document management, project coordination, or data analysis; knowledge in healthcare quality management, healthcare organization, document management, and application of regulatory acts; ability to analyze information, prepare reports, evaluate processes, and prepare documents in accordance with regulatory requirements; good planning and work organization skills; ability to cooperate effectively in a team and establish professional communication; analytical thinking and ability to make substantiated conclusions; accuracy, attention to work quality and documentation compliance; high sense of responsibility, ethics, and professional attitude. Duties: Participate in maintaining, improving, and implementing quality control measures of the Latvia Prison Hospital quality management system; collect, analyze, and evaluate information about healthcare quality indicators, preparing proposals for improvement of processes and work organization; participate in the development and updating of internal regulatory acts, procedures, and quality documentation; organize and conduct quality inspections, audits, and other control measures within the scope of competence; prepare reports, draft responses, and other documentation, as well as ensure cooperation with the structural units of the Latvia Prison Hospital on quality management issues.
