No. 90000069281) announces a competition for the position of Senior Customs Expert at the Restrictions and Prohibitions Monitoring Division of the Risk Management Department of the Customs Administration (vacancy for an indefinite period) The Customs Administration is responsible for the basic activities and support functions of the State Revenue Service (hereinafter – SRS) in the implementation of customs policy. If you have: academic or second-level professional higher education; knowledge in the field of normative acts regulating SRS and customs activities; ability to work under high-intensity conditions and find solutions in complex situations; basic skills in working with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; compliance with the requirements of Article 6, paragraph 1 of the State Revenue Service Law and Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; irreproachable reputation and compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law "On State Secrets". If you wish to invest your knowledge and skills in interesting and dynamic work and: conduct customs risk analysis (including for control measures planning), assessment, and determination of measures to prevent or reduce risks; conduct compliance monitoring of goods subject to restrictions and prohibitions, as well as monitoring of permits for international freight transport by motor vehicles; develop internal and external normative act projects in specific monitoring areas; provide consultations to external clients and customs officials regarding restrictions and prohibitions.
