The Headquarters of the National Guard announces a competition for the position of SENIOR RECORDS MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR (for a fixed term) Key responsibilities: ensure the circulation, sorting, registration and distribution of documents recorded in records management. Be responsible for the accumulation, inventory, preservation and use of documents stored permanently and long-term by the National Guard Headquarters. Participate in the development and implementation of records management regulations. Work location: Riga, Maiznīcas Street 5 (on-site work) Requirements for applicants: • general secondary education, with preferred short-cycle professional higher education in a relevant field; • preferred 5 years of relevant professional work experience; • candidates who are already members of the National Guard or are willing to join the National Guard will be considered as having an advantage. To perform this position, you must obtain a special permit for access to state secrets (Law "On State Secrets" Part 2 and 3 of Section 9). We offer: • monthly salary from 1459 to 1509 euro (before tax deduction); • health insurance, additional leave, vacation benefits and other social guarantees in accordance with the provisions established in the public administration.
