We offer: monthly salary (gross) from EUR 1227 to EUR 1302 (in accordance with the assessment of individual monthly salary determination criteria); opportunity to expand knowledge and gain practical work experience in state administration; health insurance (after three months of service); social guarantees in accordance with those established in state administration; office location address – Varakļānu iela 2, Riga. Main duties: determine entitlement to A1 certificates, applicable legal documents, issue administrative acts (decisions) in accordance with EU/EEA and treaty countries' legal acts; correspond with competent authorities of EU/EEA member states and treaty countries in the field of state social insurance; consult clients on social security matters in accordance with EU/EEA and treaty countries' legal acts. Requirements for candidates: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; higher education, preferably in law or business; desired work experience in the last 5 years in customer service and preparation of legal documents in state, municipal, or financial institutions (no less than one year); education acquired in the state language or state language proficiency at C level 1st degree; English language knowledge (not lower than B1 level): the foreign language requirement stems from the task of ensuring the administration of social insurance services in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the EU and bilateral international agreements on cooperation in the field of social security; knowledge of administrative procedures and the state social insurance system; desired knowledge of EU/EEA legal acts and international cooperation agreements in the field of social security; ability to apply normative acts; Customer orientation, good communication skills, accuracy; ability to work with office equipment and computer programs. The selection competition will take place in two rounds. First round – evaluation of candidates based on information contained in the documents submitted by candidates. Second round – evaluation of candidates during interviews, using discussion and practical task methodology.
