Ministry of Health announces an open competition for a vacant civil service position Senior Expert in the field of real property management in the Administrative Department's Resource and Property Management Division (fixed-term). Position Purpose: To provide legal support in the management and administration of real property owned by the Ministry of Health (hereinafter – Ministry) and its institutions and capital companies. In your work you will: monitor and provide opinions on legal acts and contracts related to the management and administration of property owned by the Ministry of Health and under its control. draft legal acts on real property management issues. draft, ensure conclusion, and control real property management contracts. draft and coordinate development plans for real property owned by the Ministry of Health. ensure registration of real property owned by the Ministry of Health in state information systems and cooperate in ensuring accounting records. prepare responses to complaints, letters, and submissions from other institutions and residents. draft orders and other documents on matters within the division's competence. provide legal support in developing technical specifications for procurement documentation in the field of real property management. We expect from you: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the Civil Service Law; higher education in legal sciences; practical work experience in the public sector of at least 3 years, preferably in the field of real property management; ability to draft legal acts; knowledge of regulatory framework for real property management; ability to navigate and apply in practice regulatory acts governing the real property field; ability to prepare and format documents in accordance with applicable regulatory acts; ability to draft internal regulatory acts; ability to perform diverse, intensive, and intellectual work requiring precision, prompt task execution, sense of responsibility, and continuous knowledge enhancement; ability to collect and analyze large volumes of information; digital literacy, ability to apply digital tools and technologies.
