We expect: Compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; preferred higher or at least professional education in construction or engineering sciences; professional experience in a field corresponding to the industry for more than three years; excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and work volumes; the ability to apply professional knowledge in written work; state language proficiency (at least level A grade 2); accuracy, analytical thinking, and a responsible approach to work; the ability to work with MS Office applications and web browsers at a user level; Category B driver's license; eID card for performing job duties. Main job responsibilities: development of construction work estimates; verification of submitted construction work estimates; solve specific, non-standard engineering and technical problems within the scope of competence; maintain and evaluate data on problem situations in technical operation systems of the Center's facilities, select appropriate engineering and technical methods for problem solving; provide support to regional administrations on issues of technical operation systems of buildings; evaluate real property users' requests for repair work; prepare and provide proposals for improving technical support for building operation.
