You will need to take responsibility and perform the following main duties: develop legal act drafts (including bills and draft Cabinet of Ministers regulations) and planning document drafts in the field of public procurement or public and private partnership; prepare draft letters, legal assessments, or opinions on public procurement regulation issues, represent the ministry's position at various level meetings, including European Union Council and European Commission working groups; collect and analyze foreign practices and trends in public procurement. To successfully begin performing the duties of the vacant position, you must meet the following requirements: academic higher or professional higher education in law; at least 1 year of work in positions corresponding to the legal sciences specialty in the past five years; preferably at least 2 years of experience working in the public or private sector in the field of public procurement or public and private partnership; knowledge of public procurement or public and private partnership policy issues; good English language skills – ability to express and defend your opinion in communication with European Union institutions both in writing and orally; ability to use normative acts information and other public information systems; computer skills at user level (MS Office); analytical thinking and conceptual thinking; ability to work in high-intensity conditions; conformity with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law (for a position for an indefinite term); conformity with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law, in accordance with Part 1.1 of Article 7 and the second part of Article 8 of the State Civil Service Law, a person who has reached the retirement age provided by law can apply for a position for a definite term (for a position for a definite term).
