The Tax Administration and International Administrative Cooperation Policy Division of the Tax Administration Policy and Shadow Economy Reduction Coordination Department is a structural unit that develops general tax administration, international administrative cooperation and transfer pricing policies and oversees their implementation, establishes regulations for state officials' asset declarations and state officials' declaration verification processes in the field of conflict of interest prevention in state officials' activities, develops fundamental principles for state fee setting and administration policies, and oversees the state fee system. You will be responsible for and perform the following main duties: provide opinions on draft legal acts and policy planning documents developed by other institutions, evaluating the compliance of regulations with the requirements of the general state fee system and the conditions of regulatory requirements of the tax administration process; participate in the development of regulations in the field of conflict of interest prevention policy in state officials' activities regarding state officials' asset declarations and state officials' declaration verification process; provide responses to submissions from other direct and indirect state administration institutions, non-governmental organizations and natural and legal persons regarding the application of taxes and fees. To successfully begin performing the duties of the vacant position, you must meet the following requirements: higher academic or higher professional education in economics, finance, management or law; in-depth knowledge of general fee administration issues and tax administration issues; experience in tax administration and/or legal act development of at least 3 years; experience working in state administration of at least 3 years in the last 5 years; desirable English language skills; computer user skills appropriate for the work duties.
