No. 90000597275) is a direct administration institution under the Ministry of Finance that implements state administration functions in the field of state financial management, organizing state budget execution and accounting, managing state debt and funds, performing certification body functions for European Union and foreign financial assistance funds, and providing accounting services to state budget institutions. Accounting Services Department Accountant - Fixed Assets Accounting Section Within the framework of the unified service center of state administration, we invite you to join the team in the Accounting Services Department. As the State Treasury continues its accounting centralization reform, the overall goal is to ensure that by December 31, 2026, 80% of institutions in state administration receive these services, equalize the workload of accounting staff, and standardize accounting processes - we invite you to join our team. Main job responsibilities: perform long-term investment and inventory accounting and carry out calculations necessary for reports (processing of purchase documents, depreciation calculations, write-offs from accounting); control the turnover and analytical accounting balances of long-term investment and inventory accounts; coordinate inventory procedures in institutions, including providing consulting on inventory-related matters; participate in the preparation of annual and quarterly reports of institutions; provide suggestions and participate in accounting service development projects. Requirements for candidates: preferred higher education, can be secondary professional or level 1 higher education (college education) in the field of economics (preferably in economics, accounting, or finance studies programs) or in the field of management studies (preferably in business or management science study programs); work experience in accounting (preferably in fixed assets accounting) longer than one year; desired knowledge of accounting in budget institutions; knowledge of accounting regulations and ability to apply them in work; good computer skills in MS Office environment and working with resource management systems (preferably Horizon); excellent communication skills and customer orientation; precision, initiative, and ability to plan and organize your own work; analytical thinking and results-oriented approach.
