Main Responsibilities: actively engage in and support the planning, implementation, and management of the remote-controlled systems capability project; strengthen international cooperation with NATO and European Union member states, promoting close partnership and unified approach to project development; participate in the activities of the International Drone Coalition, including working groups, and facilitate mutual cooperation among partners, as well as task completion and full information exchange; participate in European Union initiative activities, including contributing to discussions on preparing the ministry's position; ensure project reporting points and task control during project progress, as well as monitoring of implementation deadlines and cost execution; prepare project report documents and reports, ensure their submission for decision-maker review, monitor implementation of decisions; plan, organize, and coordinate working groups and other meetings related to project development, record meeting minutes, monitor completion of assigned tasks. Requirements for Candidates: compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; academic or second-level professional higher education, preferably supplemented with studies in project management; experience working with foreign institutions, international organizations, and coordinating inter-institutional cooperation; understanding of project administration, implementation, and very good English language proficiency (knowledge will be tested) - duties include analysis of materials and preparation of documents in English; good analytical and planning skills, ability to coordinate work within the project framework and precision in completing work tasks; desired experience in public administration interest in the national defence sector and NBS tasks; ability to work under high-intensity conditions and achieve goals within limited timeframes; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
