We expect you to have: Higher education in agriculture or natural sciences. At least one year of professional work experience in a laboratory. Practical experience in validation and verification of testing methods in accordance with international standards and accreditation requirements. Knowledge and experience in maintaining and improving laboratory quality management systems, ensuring compliance with LVS EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard requirements. English language proficiency for professional activities, including the use of international standards and scientific literature, as well as communication with international organizations and foreign laboratories. Good computer skills. Ability to independently plan and organize work, analyze information, make informed decisions, and take responsibility for decisions made. We will entrust you with: Developing technical specifications for laboratory equipment and other goods procurement in accordance with regulatory requirements, laboratory operation needs, and quality management system requirements, as well as conducting in-depth analysis and evaluation of technical and commercial documentation submitted by suppliers. Developing, validating, and verifying testing methods for plant pest organism diagnostics in accordance with international standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring their implementation in laboratory operations and the accreditation process. Updating and reviewing documentation related to testing methods, quality management systems, and laboratory accreditation, ensuring its compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and laboratory quality management system requirements. Systematically analyzing the latest scientific publications, international guidelines, and technology development trends in the field of plant quarantine organism diagnostics, and assessing their scientific and practical suitability.
