The Budget Policy Development Department is a structural unit responsible for developing state budget expenditure policy, coordinating and monitoring its implementation, organizing the annual state budget expenditure review process, and ensuring its results are included in the budget process. In accordance with its competence, it participates in the preparation of draft laws on the state budget and medium-term budget framework and their explanatory notes. You will be required to take on responsibility and perform the following main duties: participate in state budget expenditure reviews, develop ideas and proposals for the scope of state budget expenditure reviews, prepare materials for organizing the expenditure review process; participate in the analysis of state budget expenditure policy (including performance indicators) and provide proposals for changes, improvements, and implementation of state budget expenditure policy; prepare analytical materials, information summaries, and presentations on the state's implemented budget expenditure policy, state budget planning, and execution in accordance with competence. To successfully begin performing the duties of the vacant position, you must meet the following requirements: higher academic or higher professional education in social sciences; experience in state administration institutions in the fields of economics, finance, law, or social sciences lasting more than 1 year in the past 5 years; ability to work under conditions of increased intensity, ability to formulate and argue your position; analytical abilities, as well as the ability to work simultaneously with large volumes of information and analyze it; high sense of responsibility, independence, and accuracy; good knowledge of English; Skills in using standard Microsoft Office software (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint); compliance with the requirements of Section 7 of the State Civil Service Law.
