KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for:
Preparation of the European Economic Area Financial Instrument 2021-2028 program, including preparation of the limited competition selection procedure for applications;
Implementation of the European Economic Area Financial Instrument 2021-2028 program, including participation in the limited competition selection procedure for applications;
Monitoring of the European Economic Area Financial Instrument 2021-2028 program, including organization of meetings with donor country partners and preparation of information on the program implementation status.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
higher education in economics, finance, business management, management science, law, or another field relevant to the position, supplemented with professional knowledge necessary for the position;
knowledge and experience in managing national and European Union structural funds or other foreign financial instrument programs or projects;
interest and knowledge of regional development, civil protection, or state aid regulation issues, as well as understanding of policy documents and regulatory acts in these fields;
understanding of the state administration system and preferably work experience in state administration and in developing policy planning documents or regulatory acts;
ability to work both in a team and independently, conceptual thinking, good communication skills, orientation toward achieving results, and professional ethics;
very good English language skills (job duties include work with documents and communication in English);
compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law.
