The vacancy is suitable for a candidate who wants to develop Latvia's economy and is open to new initiatives, who has distinct analytical and strategic thinking and the ability to work proactively and independently.
Requirements for candidates:
Compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law;
Higher education in social sciences (economics, law, business or financial management);
Excellent Latvian language skills and very good English language skills (work with document analysis, representation of opinions);
Analytical abilities and high sense of responsibility, work coordination, communication and cooperation skills, ability to work proactively and offer suggestions in the work process;
Knowledge of project management processes;
Understanding of the principles of public administration.
Desirable knowledge and/or practical work experience with policy planning documents and regulatory acts development and implementation.
