With us, you will become a key person in driving a modern, efficient, and profitable cooperative with a strong sense of community. Together with your colleagues, you will nurture and develop business and create good relationships with both our customers and members. Since we have versatile entrepreneurs with a large selection of modern machinery and expertise for many different types of assignments, you will be able to offer flexible solutions to our customers within our business areas. The role is a shared CEO/business area manager/administrative position with great variety and exciting challenges, and we can promise many interesting meetings. The role includes personnel and budget responsibility and reporting to the board. It also includes sales, quotation and contract work as well as invoicing. Maskinring Z is one of 13 members in Sweden's Maskinringar, and there is a network of expertise and contacts to assist you. Who are you? To quickly get into the job, it is preferable if you have experience from the contracting and/or agricultural sector. Experience with similar tasks and a sales and business-oriented mindset are merits. If you have experience with public procurement, LOU, we consider this a merit. The role requires that you have order and organization as we manage business, customer relationships, and finances on behalf of our members. We believe you will fit in well with us if you are a humble, unpretentious, enthusiastic person with good communication and collaboration skills. We want you to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Maskinring Z Economic Cooperative Maskinring Z is an economic cooperative operating in Jämtland and Härjedalen with an office in Östersund. The cooperative has approximately 170 member companies, currently has a turnover of approximately 70 million, and has three employees. Our primary purpose is to improve profitability and efficiency for our members. Maskinringen is a major player in the green industries and we give vitality to the region's countryside, but we are also active in snow removal, property management, land and construction work for both private and public customers.
