Lead the organization into the next chapter Ventab is one of Western Sweden's leading ventilation companies and part of the Currentum Group, one of Sweden's largest installation companies. Ventab operates in Gothenburg, Skövde, and Trollhättan, with an annual revenue of approximately 275 MSEK and employs around 70 employees. Each year we execute complex ventilation projects for construction companies, property owners, and public organizations. We are now seeking a new CEO who wants to take full responsibility for the business and lead the company through the next phase. This is an opportunity for you who are driven by creating results, building strong teams, and developing businesses in transition. About the role As CEO of Ventab, you will have overall responsibility for the company's operations, finances, employees, and long-term development. You report to the board and are part of a strong network within the Currentum Group. You are entering a situation where clear leadership, structure, and presence are crucial. The focus in the first years will be to create stability, strengthen the organization, and restore profitability while building for future growth. Your responsibilities include: Full profit and personnel responsibility for operations Lead and develop the management team Ensure sound financial management and monitoring Drive improvement work in project management and project follow-up Build a culture characterized by trust, responsibility, and collaboration Develop relationships with customers, partners, and companies within the group Identify business opportunities and strengthen Ventab's market position We are looking for you You are an experienced and confident leader with a documented ability to create results in complex operations. You are business-minded, action-oriented, and naturally build trust with both employees and customers. You thrive in a role that combines operational presence with strategic responsibility and have the ability to create clarity and direction even in challenging situations. You are a communicative and transparent leader who builds strong relationships and collaborations. With high integrity, an analytical approach, and good business acumen, you see both the big picture and the details. You are decisive, remain calm when circumstances change, and dare to address difficult issues while creating engagement and involvement. We believe you have: Experience as a business manager, regional manager, branch manager, or in a corresponding leadership role Documented experience with profit responsibility and financial management Experience from project-based operations in, for example, installation, construction, technology, or contracting Good understanding of project management, budgeting, and follow-up Experience working in a group structure Ability to drive change and development initiatives Meritorious: Experience from ventilation, installation, or HVAC industry Technical background We offer At Ventab you get the opportunity to make a real difference.
