We look forward to your application! About the Role As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's continued development, growth, and profitability. You lead the business with a clear business focus and actively work to develop both the organization and the offering toward the market. The role is broad and varied. One day you work with strategic decisions and financial monitoring, the next day you meet with customers, negotiate agreements, or support the organization with operational matters. Sales is a natural part of your assignment, and you are responsible for some of the company's most important customer relationships. You will be an important culture carrier who creates engagement, builds accountability, and develops an organization where more people can take greater responsibility as the company grows. Example Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Lead the company's continued growth and development toward set business goals. Manage budget, results, cash flow, and overall business governance. Drive and develop sales with strategically important customers. Negotiate agreements and develop long-term customer relationships. Build and develop collaboration with suppliers and partners. Develop the organization, working methods, and processes for more scalable operations. Coach and develop managers and employees through present leadership. Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and other industry activities. Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone with experience leading an operation where business, people, and results go hand in hand. You are a leader who builds trust and engagement by being present, attentive, and clear. At the same time, you have a strong business sense and are driven to develop both the business and the people around you. You thrive in an environment where decision-making paths are short and where you can combine strategic matters in close collaboration with an active board with operational work. For you, it's a natural part of the role to continue meeting with customers and driving business even as CEO. Industry knowledge is a merit, but we value your leadership and business understanding more. If you have a genuine technical interest and a willingness to understand customers' operations, you will quickly become familiar with the company's products and services. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have experience with P&L responsibility for a company or business unit of corresponding size. Have worked as a CEO, business area manager, regional manager, site manager, or in a similar leadership role. Have documented experience creating growth and improved profitability. Have a strong business drive and experience with B2B sales of technical products or services. Are accustomed to combining strategic work with operational leadership. Have experience with personnel responsibility, budget, and financial monitoring. Have strong ability to build long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees.
