DUTIES
As CEO, you have overall responsibility for operations, finances, results, and organization. You drive the companies' strategic development, lead change and development work, and ensure professional management of investments, projects, and property management.
You work closely with the board, the municipality, other companies in the group, and other key stakeholders. You are a clear link between owners, the organization, and the external world. An important part of the mission is to build trust, create good cooperation, and contribute to the municipality's long-term development.
As CEO, you are a culture bearer who develops the organization and creates conditions where employees thrive, develop, and take pride in their work. QUALIFICATIONS
We seek someone with:
• Relevant academic education or equivalent experience.
• Documented experience leading a larger operation with budget, result, and personnel responsibility.
• Experience reporting to a board.
• Good understanding of corporate governance, municipal governance, and finance.
We would like you to have:
• Experience leading change and development work.
• Experience developing organizations and management teams.
• Experience with financial management and major investments.
• Experience in socially important operations with a comprehensive defense perspective.
Experience from the real estate industry is meriting, but not required. We also welcome candidates from other operations with similar complexity. Knowledge of property management, project development, and real estate economics is meriting, as is experience from public operations or politically governed organizations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We are approximately 100 employees working with everything from maintenance and management to facility care, administration, and property management. Together, we manage and develop approximately 288,000 square meters of rental housing and municipal facilities where people live, work, learn, and meet every day.
The companies are part of Strängnäs municipality group where Strängnäs kommunföretag AB is the parent company. Together with other companies in the group, we contribute to developing the municipality and creating value for residents, operations, and business.
