We are now seeking an entrepreneurial and business-driven CEO who, together with our team, will shape the next chapter of Råvara's journey. About the role As CEO, you have overall responsibility for our operations and work closely with the organization and board. Following a controlled expansion to date, the ambition is to accelerate growth in the coming phase. A central part of the mission is to drive profitable and sustainable growth with the goal of developing into a nationwide restaurant chain without compromising on quality, culture, or customer experience. This can happen through new establishments, franchising, partnerships, or other business opportunities. You will be a trailblazer who sees new opportunities and shows the way forward. The role combines strategic and operational leadership. One day you work on future expansions and business development; the next day you are close to operations supporting employees and the organization. Your main areas of responsibility • Lead and implement Råvara's expansion strategy. • Ensure long-term and sustainable profitability. • Build organization, culture, and leadership for continued engagement and growth. • Develop business models, concepts, and new market opportunities. • Strengthen the brand and customer experience. • Build relationships with property owners, investors, suppliers, and strategic partners. • Ensure that Råvara's values and quality focus permeate the entire operation. The position is based at Råvara's headquarters in Luleå, and travel is a natural part of the role. Who we are looking for We are looking for a leader driven by developing both people and business.
