With operations in Karlskoga, Lindesberg, Västerås, Skövde, and Örebro, Hyrmaskiner has built a strong market position. Through high service standards, close customer relationships, and clear local presence, the company has created a stable foundation for continued growth. A day close to the business
As CEO, you'll have the opportunity to lead Hyrmaskiner into its next phase. Together with the owner and group management, you're responsible for continuing to develop the business with a focus on profitability, structure, and long-term customer relationships.
This is a role where you need to thrive close to the operations. One day it's about customer meetings, investments, and sales; the next it's about developing the organization, creating more efficient processes, or discussing future expansions. You naturally switch between strategic questions and day-to-day operations.

Your assignment
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and develop the business with full responsibility for results, profitability, and growth.
Continue developing sales and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
Create structure, efficient processes, and conditions for continued expansion.
Develop collaboration within the Byggbetjänten Group and identify new business opportunities.
Contribute to the development of new establishments and depots.
Build an organization where people thrive, develop, and take responsibility.
Be a visible and present leader with strong focus on customers, employees, and business.
Who are you?
We believe you come from the equipment rental industry and understand the interplay between sales, service, and long-term customer relationships. You have strong business acumen and thrive in an environment with a fast pace and short decision paths.
Maybe you currently work as a site manager, regional manager, or operations manager and feel it's time to take the next step. You're used to working with profit responsibility and are motivated by developing both businesses and people.
We also want you to have:
Experience in sales and business development.
Good financial understanding and experience working toward budgets and clear goals.
Ability to combine structure and efficiency with decisiveness and entrepreneurial spirit.
Clear, secure, and engaging leadership.
Ability to create long-term relationships and good collaboration, both internally and externally.
