With operations in Karlskoga, Lindesberg, Västerås, Skövde, and Örebro, Hyrmaskiner has built a strong market position. A day close to the action
As CEO, you'll lead Hyrmaskiner into its next phase. Together with the owners and group management, you're responsible for continuing to develop the business with focus on profitability, structure, and long-term customer relationships.
This is a role where you need to thrive close to the operations. One day involves customer meetings, investments, and sales; the next might be about developing the organization, creating more efficient processes, or discussing future expansions. You naturally switch between strategic questions and daily operations.

Your responsibilities
Some of your key areas will include:
• Leading and developing the business with full responsibility for results, profitability, and growth.
• Continuing to develop sales and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Creating structure, efficient processes, and conditions for continued expansion.
• Developing collaboration within the Byggbetjänten Group and identifying new business opportunities.
• Contributing to the development of new locations and depots.
• Building an organization where people thrive, develop, and take responsibility.
• Being a visible and present leader with strong focus on customers, employees, and business.
Who are you?
We believe you come from the equipment rental industry and understand the interplay between sales, service, and long-term customer relationships. You have strong business acumen and thrive in an environment with high pace and short decision-making processes.
Perhaps you currently work as a site manager, regional manager, or operations manager and feel it's time to take the next step. You're used to working with P&L responsibility and are motivated by developing both businesses and people.
We also want you to have:
• Experience in sales and business development.
• Good financial understanding and experience working toward budgets and clear goals.
• The ability to combine structure and efficiency with decisiveness and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Clear, confident, and engaging leadership.
• The ability to build long-term relationships and good collaborations, both internally and externally.
