It is a mission. About FrykCenter FrykCenter is a mission-driven foundation and one of Sweden's most reputable rehabilitation organizations. We provide qualified inpatient rehabilitation for people with neurological diseases and injuries, spinal cord injuries, rheumatic disease, and chronic pain. Here, approximately 35 dedicated employees with high specialist expertise work in close collaboration across professional boundaries. The patient's path back to function, independence, and quality of life is always at the center. We are now seeking a leader who wants to develop the organization together with us, without losing what has made FrykCenter successful. Your Assignment As CEO, you have overall responsibility for operations, finances, personnel, quality, and long-term development. You lead a well-functioning organization where the task is not about doing things over, but about continuing to develop. With a curious and forward-looking leadership style, you create the conditions for FrykCenter to continue growing and developing while seeing, supporting, and developing the people who every day give their best for the organization. Important parts of the assignment will be to: develop the management team and create clear mandates further strengthen relationships with regions and other partners ensure sustainable finances and good occupancy rates work strategically on workforce planning ahead of coming generational change develop FrykCenter's visibility and position within Swedish rehabilitation continue developing quality, patient safety, and operational management You represent FrykCenter in meetings with commissioners, authorities, the board, and other important partners. We Are Looking for You Who… Are responsive, clear, and decisive. You build relationships and create trust, while maintaining a strong operational focus with a business perspective and understanding of how finances, contracts, occupancy, and good relationships with commissioners contribute to a sustainable and successful organization. We want you to have: experience as an operational manager within healthcare experience with personnel, finance, and operational responsibility good understanding of rehabilitation or other patient-focused operations experience with quality work and operational management experience collaborating with public commissioners and other external stakeholders It is a merit if you have experience in rehabilitation as well as work with care agreements and public procurement.
