Switchboard Operators as Needed for Client in Stockholm

Are you a student or do you have other part-time employment and looking for extra work? Do you have experience working as a switchboard operator? Then this could be the job for you! About the Assignment We are now seeking switchboard operators as needed for our client in Stockholm. This is a long-term assignment starting immediately, and you will be replacing regular staff during absences. Working hours are standard office hours on weekdays 8:00-16:30 with a 30-minute lunch break. This is a consultant assignment through Bemannia. Your Tasks You will replace regular staff when they are absent and step in to work on short notice. You need to be self-motivated and able to start immediately without introduction, which is why it's important to meet the qualifications. The work is performed on the Tele2 switchboard with standard switchboard operator duties. Your Qualifications Complete upper secondary education Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent Good knowledge and experience with Tele2 Switchboard Good Swedish in speech and writing Good English (minimum level B2) Work experience with independent switchboard work Good initiative and social competence You need to be able to work independently and have good initiative, and handle issues as they arise. Good social competence and the ability to cooperate, help and communicate with people from different backgrounds. Be stress-resistant during peak work hours.
