About the Assignment
We are now seeking switchboard operators as needed for our client in Stockholm. This is a long-term assignment starting immediately, and you will be substituting for regular staff during absences. Working hours are office hours on weekdays 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. This is a consultant assignment via Bemannia. Your Tasks
You will substitute for regular staff when they are absent and step in to work with short notice. You need to be self-directed and start immediately without extensive onboarding, so it is important that you meet the qualifications. The work involves the Tele2 switchboard with standard switchboard operator duties.
Your Qualifications
Complete upper secondary education
Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Good knowledge and experience with Tele2 Switchboard
Good Swedish in speech and writing
Good English (minimum level B2)
Work experience with independent switchboard work
Good initiative and social competence
You need to be able to work independently and have good initiative, and handle issues as they arise. Good social competence to collaborate, help, and communicate with people from different backgrounds. Be stress-resilient during peak workloads.
