Reeds Cutting Worker / Outdoor Environment Worker - Seasonal Position If you want independent work in a very pleasant environment, this is something you should apply for. About the job: Our main activity is cutting reeds during the period June - October. The work is primarily carried out from a specially built machine that you will operate. Experience operating contractor machinery is a merit, but not necessary. We provide customized training before the season starts. Our assignments also include other related work tasks that we perform in connection with reed cutting. The employment is a seasonal position during the period August through October. We work seven days a week during the season and therefore apply shift work. A large part of the work is located at another site and involves overnight stays. Qualifications: You should be a responsible and service-minded person who is committed to doing good work. Experience with customer contact is a merit. You should have the ability to both work in a team and work independently. Driver's license category B is a requirement for the position. Category BE license is a merit. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite for this position. Personal qualities: You should be able to take your own initiative and be self-directed in your work. We are looking for someone who can make quick decisions and work efficiently without constant supervision. Diagnose and solve problems effectively and thoroughly.
