Väsby Psychiatric Clinic 1 seeks a Rehabilitation Coordinator Väsby Psychiatric Clinic 1 is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic within Psychiatry Northwest, Stockholm County Health Care Region (SLSO). We provide specialist psychiatric care to adults over 18 years of age in Sigtuna and Upplands Väsby municipalities. Our team includes doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, care coordinators, medical secretaries, and rehabilitation coordinators working closely in multidisciplinary collaboration. We also have our own gym facility, which is an important part of psychiatric rehabilitation. As a rehabilitation coordinator, you will be an important part of our team, supporting patients through the sick leave and rehabilitation process with the goal of facilitating return to or entry into work. Job Responsibilities: As a rehabilitation coordinator (REKO), you coordinate work-oriented rehabilitation and provide support to patients and attending physicians. You also contribute knowledge and guidance to colleagues on matters concerning sick leave and rehabilitation. Your responsibilities include: coordinating rehabilitation measures together with doctors and other professionals conducting supportive and motivating conversations with patients planning and following up on the rehabilitation process providing information about social insurance and coordinating check-in meetings cooperating with the Social Insurance Agency, Employment Service, employers, and other external partners providing advice and support to clinic staff on rehabilitation and sick leave matters Qualifications: We seek someone with post-secondary education that the employer deems relevant for this position. Meritorious qualifications include: training as a rehabilitation coordinator experience working as a rehabilitation coordinator experience with work-oriented rehabilitation and the sick leave process sound knowledge of social insurance and cooperation with the Social Insurance Agency, Employment Service, and employers experience from health care, preferably psychiatric outpatient care Personal Qualities: We seek someone who is organized, independent, and has strong collaboration skills. You have a professional manner, are communicative, and enjoy coordinating efforts between different parties. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A probationary period of up to six months may be applied. Working hours are daytime, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
