Store Manager at Rusta Vetlanda

We're looking for a Store Manager! Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges that come with managing a store? Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and appealing store every day with positive and helpful staff members. This is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month probationary period. It would be great if you want to join us in developing Rusta! Your Role as Store Manager As store manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your staff to take ownership. You constantly want to develop sales and you know that good profitability is essential for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and results focus are natural cornerstones of store operations. Your Responsibilities as Store Manager: to achieve sales and profit targets in the store – you are responsible for cost efficiency and key metrics, optimization of turnover and profitability, and budgeting staff responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding to ensure and implement concepts and anchor and drive through centrally made decisions Your Profile Above all, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and feels confident making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your staff is something you excel at. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard. Straight talk and a cheerful attitude are natural for you. Additionally, you have: several years of experience in a management position within retail, with staff and budget responsibility knowledge of labor law and workplace environment work experience in sales operations, preferably from an organization handling large volumes an ability to get the team on board If you're inspired by working in a dynamic environment where flexibility is key, you will thrive with us!
