Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and appealing store every day with positive and helpful employees. Your Role as Store Manager
As Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your employees to take personal responsibility. You constantly want to develop sales, and you know that good profitability is essential for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and results focus are natural cornerstones of store operations.
Your Responsibilities as Store Manager:
to achieve sales and profit targets in the store – you are responsible for cost efficiency and key metrics, optimization of turnover and profitability, and budgeting
staff responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding
to ensure and implement concepts, and anchor and drive centrally made decisions
Your Profile
First and foremost, you are someone who enjoys a fast pace and feels confident making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is something you excel at. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard. Straight talk and a positive attitude are natural for you. In addition, you have:
several years of experience in a leading position within retail, with personnel and budget responsibility
knowledge of labor law and occupational health and safety work
experience in sales operations, preferably from an operation that handles large volumes
the ability to get your team on board
