Store Manager at Rusta Nacka

We are looking for a Store Manager! Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges that come with running a store? Then you are the person we're looking for as our new Store Manager at our Nacka location. The battle for customers is won in the stores, and we need you to help us win this battle. Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and appealing store every day with positive and helpful staff members. This is a permanent full-time position starting with a six-month probationary period. It would be great if you want to be part of developing Rusta together with us! Your Role as Store Manager As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your team members to take ownership. You constantly want to develop sales and you know that good profitability is a prerequisite for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and results focus are natural cornerstones of store operations. Your Responsibilities as Store Manager: to achieve sales and profit targets in the store – you are responsible for cost optimization and key metrics, optimizing turnover and profitability, and budgeting personnel responsibility for all staff members in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding to ensure and implement concepts as well as anchor and drive centrally made decisions Your Profile Above all, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who is comfortable making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your team members is something you excel at. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard. Straightforwardness and a positive attitude are natural for you. Additionally, you have: several years of experience in a management position within retail, with personnel and budget responsibility knowledge of labor law and occupational health and safety work experience in sales operations, preferably from an organization handling large volumes the ability to bring your team along If you are inspired by working in a changing environment where flexibility is key, you will thrive with us!
