Your Role as Store Manager As a store manager, you are responsible for daily operations and inspire your employees to take personal responsibility. You want to constantly develop sales and you know that good profitability is a prerequisite for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and results focus are essential cornerstones of store operations. Your Responsibilities as Store Manager: to achieve sales and profit targets in the store – you are responsible for cost optimization and key metrics, optimizing turnover and profitability, and budgeting staff responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and exit to ensure and implement concepts and anchor and drive centrally made decisions Your Profile Above all, you are someone who thrives with a fast pace and who is comfortable making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is something you excel at. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard.
