We are looking for a Store Manager!
Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges that come with running a store? If so, we're looking for you to be our new store manager at our Charlottenberg location. The battle for customers is won in our stores, and we need you to help us win. Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and attractive store every day with positive and helpful staff members. This is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month probationary period. It would be great if you'd like to be part of developing Rusta together with us!
Your Role as Store Manager
As store manager, you are responsible for daily operations and inspire your staff to take ownership. You want to continuously develop sales and you understand that good profitability is essential for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and results focus are clear cornerstones of store operations.
Your Responsibilities as Store Manager:
to achieve sales and profit targets in the store – you are responsible for cost efficiency and key metrics, optimizing turnover and profitability, and budgeting
staff responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding
to ensure and implement concepts and anchor and drive centrally made decisions
Your Profile
Above all, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your staff is something you excel at. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard. Straight talk and a cheerful attitude come naturally to you. In addition, you have:
several years of experience in a management position within retail, with staff and budget responsibility
knowledge of labor law and workplace environment work
experience in sales operations, preferably from a business that handles large volumes
an ability to bring the team along with you
