Your most important task will be to present a well-maintained and attractive store every day with positive and helpful staff members. This is a permanent full-time position that begins with a six-month trial period. We'd love to have you help develop Rusta together with us! Your Role as Store Manager As a store manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and inspire your team members to take ownership. You constantly want to develop sales and you know that good profitability is essential for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and results-focused operations are natural cornerstones of store management. Your Responsibilities as Store Manager: to achieve sales and profit targets in the store – you are responsible for cost efficiency and key metrics, optimization of revenue and profitability, and budgeting staff responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding to ensure and implement concepts and anchor and drive decisions made at the central level Your Profile Above all, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your team members is one of the things you do best. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard. Straight talk and a cheerful attitude are a given for you.
