Your role as Store Manager As Store Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations and inspire your employees to take ownership. You constantly want to develop sales and you know that good profitability is a prerequisite for your store. For you, cost awareness, efficiency, and results focus are obvious cornerstones in store operations. Your responsibilities as Store Manager: to achieve sales and profit targets in the store – you are responsible for cost efficiency and key metrics, optimization of turnover and profitability, and budgeting staff responsibility for all employees in the store, from recruitment and onboarding to development and termination to ensure and implement concepts as well as anchor and implement centrally made decisions Your Profile Above all, you are a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable making decisions. You are communicative and present in your leadership. Engaging and developing your employees is something you love doing. Your ambitions are high and you like to work hard.
