Then this job is for you! As a warehouse manager in Stockholm, you will lead a warehouse with high customer traffic and high expectations. Stockholm is an important market for Motonet and you will meet both customers and suppliers and business partners. This places high demands on leadership, structure, organization, and world-class customer experience. What are we looking for in you? We are looking for someone with several years of experience working in retail as a warehouse manager, store manager, or in a similar responsible position, preferably in an operation with high goods turnover and a broad product range. It is also an advantage if you have B2B experience. Experience from the automotive, vehicle, spare parts, or DIY industry is a bonus. As a person, you are: Unpretentious and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done Confident in your leadership role and lead a successful warehouse through your team Characterized by business acumen and profitability in your daily work Aware of what it takes to create service that exceeds customer expectations A team player who enjoys collaborating with other warehouse managers across the country Willing to take on tasks outside your job description to create success In your role as warehouse manager, you will: Create and optimize sales Set and monitor targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis according to organizational goals Actively participate in all work processes and departments of the warehouse Ensure world-class customer service Analyze key figures and develop and implement measures to improve these figures Coach and support the warehouse's department managers and other employees Create a good and safe working environment with motivated employees Why should you choose Motonet?
