Varied Position at Treatment Home – We're Looking for the Right Person

About the Position This is an all-around role where you become an important part of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: Kitchen work two days a week Evening on-call shift one weekday evening per week Patient-centered work Practical tasks such as driving and work on the grounds The kitchen is the heart of the house, and here you don't just cook food—you work together with our patients and create structure, community, and participation. Working on-call with us means you may meet people in difficult life situations, create security, and maintain structure even during challenging moments. The position is flexible but we're thinking 80% weekdays/weekday evenings. Since the role is varied, you need to be able to prioritize and plan your tasks. Kitchen duties are shared with another person, and you'll need to be able to plan kitchen operations together with this colleague. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who: Is engaged, driven, and takes responsibility Enjoys working as part of a team but is also comfortable working independently Has a genuine interest in people and wants to contribute to change Is flexible and not afraid to take on varied tasks You share our values, which are based on the 12-step program, and see people's potential for change. To fit this role, you need to be someone who lives as you teach. You're secure in yourself, have the ability to set boundaries, and are skilled at building relationships with the patient as your focus.
