The work location can be at one of the locations in Dalarna where we operate. The role offers the possibility of working from home when the work allows and by agreement with your manager. Much of our work is conducted digitally today, which provides good conditions for collaboration across the region. Work Tasks As a care developer, you and a colleague have a central role in Outpatient Psychiatry's development work. You work closely with the operations manager and the management group and contribute with materials, analyses, and support on strategic matters. This could include process mapping, risk and consequence analyses, follow-up, improvement work, and environmental monitoring. You are part of the outpatient care management team and work with the management group to plan, implement, and follow up on current development and quality initiatives. An important part of the assignment is to hold processes together, create momentum, and contribute to clarity in change management work. You collaborate closely with managers, employees, and other services, and in certain development initiatives, patient involvement may also be included. The role also involves contributing to the planning and implementation of evidence-based working methods. You report to the operations manager, and since the service is conducted at several locations in the region, travel is part of the work. The assignment also includes the role of patient safety officer. This means that you, together with colleagues, support managers in working with deviations, patient ombudsman matters, and investigations of suspected healthcare damage. You also compile statistics and materials to support management's analysis and decision-making. Qualifications We're looking for you who: have higher education in areas such as healthcare, social work, leadership, quality, organization, or other education that the employer considers relevant. have experience from healthcare and an interest in development and improvement work. have a valid driver's license (category B). It is meriting if you have: knowledge and experience from similar assignments, change management, improvement knowledge, implementation, project management, supervision, or other development work. experience from psychiatry.
