Department 25 is an acute specialist unit for patients suffering from psychotic illness. We have 14 care beds, two of which are designated for child and adolescent psychiatry. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse manager, you will have an important role in strengthening collaboration between different professional groups on the departments as well as with internal and external partners. In the role as nurse manager you should • be a licensed registered nurse • have good knowledge of psychiatric care. It is a merit if you have previous experience as a team/care manager within psychiatric care, experience leading and coaching staff, or have worked with psychiatric 24-hour care, as well as if you have specialist training in psychiatric care.
