ALEA Skills Development is looking for an engaged healthcare instructor for our healthcare and care education program. With us, you'll have meaningful and varied work where you combine teaching, practical exercises, and close contact with both students and the working world. About the role You plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction based on current curriculum guidelines and educational objectives. The work includes teaching, mentoring, assessment, and documentation. You help students develop both their theoretical knowledge and the practical skills required in healthcare and care. Teaching may include practical exercises, discussions based on real cases, preparation for apprenticeships, and training in communication, approach, and professional conduct. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone with relevant experience in healthcare and care and a strong interest in learning and development. You could be: a qualified vocational instructor in healthcare and care a trained nurse trained in healthcare and care with solid professional experience and pedagogical interest You are confident in your professional knowledge and enjoy explaining, mentoring, and motivating others. You build good relationships while being clear, organized, and able to adapt teaching to students' different needs. You don't need previous experience in adult education. For us, your professional experience, pedagogical ability, and willingness to contribute to student development are what matter. It's an advantage if you have teacher certification and qualifications in healthcare and care subjects experience in teaching or mentoring experience from municipal adult education experience working with language development experience mentoring students or staff in healthcare and care good familiarity with digital tools and learning platforms About us We provide adult education on behalf of municipalities and other public actors throughout Sweden.
