Your Day-to-Day Work with Us at EnRival Utbildning! The position involves place-based adult education in healthcare subjects. As a care teacher, you will mentor and teach, as well as assess student knowledge, according to the care and healthcare program's course plans. You are responsible for grading. The role as a care teacher also includes planning and follow-up of practical internships (APL). You will work in a team with several colleagues. To support you, you will have trained educators who support learning and assist with practical exercises and follow-up. Teaching is conducted on-site! Your Competence and Background You must be qualified and licensed as a care and healthcare teacher. You must have at least one (1) year of experience teaching in care and healthcare. We would be pleased if you also have any of the following competencies: professional experience from care and healthcare work licensure in additional subjects, particularly Swedish good language skills in, for example, Arabic The position also involves some documentation for the client, students, and management. Additionally, collaboration with government agencies and industry organizations. Good digital skills are required, as we use several digital tools. You have a strong ability to motivate students to reach their goals. - As a person, you are confident, empathetic, and sympathetic. Your flexible approach enables you to solve problems. - You have good social skills and the willingness and ability to work both in groups and individually.
