RESPONSIBILITIES
As unit manager, you are responsible for the clinic's staff, work environment, and budget. You lead the operations with a focus on future direction and daily operations.
The role requires clear leadership in daily operations, with a focus on scheduling and staffing planning, availability related to patient flow and logistics, and close collaboration with staff members. It is important that you are comfortable with hands-on management, where you are visible and available as a support and sounding board for your team.
You report directly to the operations manager and are part of the business area's management group.

• managing staffing planning and scheduling
• responsibility for the unit's quality work
• leading, allocating resources, and developing the clinic
• creating conditions for a good work environment through dialogue and participation
• focusing on employee dialogue and coaching in daily work
• working with patient safety and employee engagement.
