Ljusdal-Ramsjö Your Health Center is a well-established multifaceted health center with broad primary care expertise and responsibility for approximately 10,400 registered patients. We currently have around 80 employees working together to provide the best possible service and care to our patients. We offer a doctor's clinic, district and assistant nurse clinic, child health care (BVC) integrated into a family center, psychosocial team, occupational therapy and physiotherapy. Adjacent to us, you will find day rehabilitation, family doctor on-call service and, in collaboration with the municipality, a primary care ward. Geographically, we are located in central Sweden, in the picturesque northwestern Hälsingland, just three hours by train from Stockholm. WORK TASKS As a health center manager, you will have overall management responsibility for operations, employees, work environment and finances, with a strategic responsibility to ensure that set goals are achieved. By your side, you will have two deputy health center managers with whom you share personnel and operational responsibility. You will also have support from a management secretary. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have the ability to see the big picture and a strong desire to work towards the future. You enjoy working close to operations, with a strong focus on daily management and coordination, where you are available as needed. Collaboration within the operational area, with the municipality and with other partners is an important part of the assignment. You are a leader driven by developing primary care in Ljusdal. You will have a key role in attracting, recruiting and developing employees, as well as improving working methods and care processes.
