The center has about 40 staff members with broad expertise, including nursing assistants, nurses, district nurses, physicians, psychologists, and medical secretaries. You are the face of the operations externally and work actively on marketing. One of your most important tasks is to stimulate continuous improvement and development work so that operations are attractive and competitive for both staff and residents. As a leader, you play an important role in inspiring new ways of working where future digitalization is high on the agenda. You are part of the primary care area's management team, and together we drive the entire area's development. Close collaboration is conducted with other primary care center directors as well as with support functions in HR, finance, and operations development. Collaboration also takes place with hospitals and municipalities, as well as with local patient organizations and interest groups. About You You have relevant higher education for the role and have experience working as a manager and/or leader, preferably within healthcare operations. You also have management and/or leadership training and previous experience working with personnel and financial responsibility. Experience working in regional primary care is an asset. We are seeking someone who is clear and attentive in your leadership. Additionally, you are goal- and results-oriented and have a strong interest and drive to advance development. You have good analytical skills and a strategic approach to support operations. In your leadership, you are someone who is attentive, engages, motivates, and involves your staff to drive operations forward.
