The Care and Social Services Administration is responsible for the municipality's elderly care, health and medical services, authority operations, procurement of services, and provides care and social services directly. Your responsibilities At Trägårn's Home Care, we are now looking for a new colleague. With us, you get to work providing good service, creating great relationships, and contributing to improved quality of life for each individual. Together with your colleagues, you are an important piece of the puzzle in creating a meaningful everyday life for our residents in need of support, care, and social services. You perform nursing tasks such as personal hygiene, nursing care, and medical interventions, as well as provide support and assistance with household chores. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you will work as a permanent care contact for one or more individuals. This means you participate in welcome meetings where you together with the individual plan support measures. You are responsible for the individual's care plan and document in the Treserva record system. The role also includes maintaining close contact with relatives and other cooperation partners. We work from a salutogenic approach where we see what is healthy and bring out the person's own abilities. Your working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Your workplace Trägårn's Home Care is located in central Linköping, next to the Garden Association. We operate from our premises at Trägårn's Assisted Living facility with 37 apartments. By bicycle or a short walk, you reach the client's home. The clients are located within a limited geographical area, which creates good conditions for continuity and close collaboration. The work team consists of approximately 30 committed employees divided into several work groups that together provide safe and quality care. Many in the group have long experience and a strong focus on what is best for the clients. About you We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education and it is an advantage if you are trained as a nursing assistant. You should have previous experience working in care, support, and social services. It is an advantage if you have experience working from a salutogenic approach. We want you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken, as well as good computer skills. It is an advantage if you can cycle, as we move between clients by bicycle to a large extent. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, takes responsibility for your tasks, and drives your work forward. You work well with other people and listen and communicate clearly. You have empathetic abilities and can put yourself in others' perspectives and situations. Language tests are included in this recruitment.
