Location: Södermalm, StockholmWe are looking for:Care Assistant/Service Assistant Your responsibilities:- Perform simple tasks at the care home, such as emptying the dishwasher and setting the table for breakfast and other meals.- Light cleaning and laundry tasks, including loading and unloading washing machines and folding clothes.- Assist with walks and participate in other activities at the care home.- Prepare meals and if needed, assist with feeding.- Help with showers and other hygiene needs. Requirements:- You speak and understand Swedish at a good professional level (intermediate level).- You are registered as a job seeker with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).- You are eligible for "Introduktionsjobb," "Nystartsjobb," or "Etableringsjobb" programs from Arbetsförmedlingen.- You are flexible with working hours and can work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.- If you have previous experience as a personal assistant, care assistant, or similar, that is a plus.Your profile:- You are motivated to work with people.- You have a very positive attitude.- You are stress-resistant.- You have a service-oriented approach.The employer offers:- 100% employment supported by Introduktionsjobb, Nystartsjobb, or Etableringsjobb.- The position is covered by a collective agreement.- Wellness allowance, work clothes, and employee discounts are included.Important:This position is part of an AMIF-funded project aimed at supporting the integration of newly arrived immigrants from countries outside the EU/EES into the Swedish job market.
