Location: NorrtäljeWe are looking for:Care Assistant/Service Assistant Your responsibilities: - Perform basic tasks at the care home, such as emptying the dishwasher and setting the table for breakfast and other meals. - Light cleaning and laundry tasks, including loading and emptying washing machines and folding clothes. - Assist on walks and participate in other activities at the care home. - Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. - Help with showers and other hygiene needs. Requirements: - You speak and understand Swedish at a good professional level (intermediate level). - You are registered as a job seeker with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen). - You are eligible for "Introduction Employment," "New Start Employment," or "Establishment Employment" programs from Arbetsförmedlingen. - You are flexible with working hours and can work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. - If you have previous experience as a personal assistant, care assistant, or similar, that is a plus. Your profile: - You are motivated to work with people. - You have a very positive attitude. - You are stress-resilient. - You have a service-oriented approach. The employer offers: - 100% employment with support from Introduction Employment, New Start Employment, or Establishment Employment. - The position is covered by a collective agreement. - Wellness allowance, work clothes, and staff discounts are included.
